At the beginning of the Chinese new year, in order to gain a deeper understanding of Thai market of railway maintenance equipment, QM track has decided to carry out the New Year visits in Thailand for one week. At this special moment, we hope to visit clients to get their opinions and suggestions on the company, further optimize products and services, and provide clients with a better experience.
During this period, QM team with its CEO has visited multiple partner and client companies. We first expressed New Year's greetings to our clients and introduced them the company's latest products and services. We also invite clients to provide feedback and suggestions on the products, after-sales service, and other aspects. The clients gave a highly positive feedback on our products and would search deeper cooperation with QM track.
The clients also invited us to visit factory and their work site. We checked the maintenance equipment: tamping machine and ballast machine. In addition, we had a friendly communication with the maintenance supervisor. We provided effective suggestions to the clients according to the equipment situation and worker operating habits and promised to send experienced engineers from China to Thailand for technical support if need. The clients has expressed a high level of satisfaction with us.
Through this visit, the clients fully felt QM track’s concentrated attention and respect. We have not only learned the opinions and suggestions of our clients for future development cooperation, but also demonstrated QM track's will and determination to consolidate and expand the market. We gained a lot from this visit and it will be a good start for our foreign trade this year.
