Recently, entrusted by a Thai clients, QM Track dispatches professional engineers to Thailand to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the company's turnout tamping machine 08-275, and issued machine inspection report.
This is QM Track’s second trip to Thailand this year. Following the first visit, Thai clients have become more closely connected with QM Track, strengthening the cooperation between us. In accordance with the relevant testing regulations and calibration specifications, QM engineers conducted a comprehensive inspection of the tamping machine which includes tamping device, compaction device, track lifting device, measuring system, hydraulic system, electrical system, power transmission system and so on, and issued a detailed inspection report.
At the same time, engineers opened a class about the railway maintenance knowledge and correct operation way of heavy-duty railway maintenance equipment, communicated with company technical personnel, and told them how to solve common problems that caused by daily work of tamping and eliminate hidden faults to ensure that tamping machine meets operational requirements, providing more efficient services for railway tamping.
